This phone is in new condition and still has the protective plastic film on the screen. It is in perfect condition, except for a small ding on the base and works like new. The battery is not new, but is in excellent condition and holds plenty of charge. The charger has a 2-pin European type plug and is a later replacement. We will include the adaptor to a UK 3-pin plug if sold to the UK/Ireland.
