Apple Newton H1000 features

We tested this MessagePad with batteries and DC power and after pressing the reset button, it powered up. We tested it with the stylus and the screen and all the functions seem to work perfectly, although the handwriting recognition is a little vague! This is a known problem with these organisers as there were known for poor performance. We put the "Getting Started" card into the PCMCIA slot, but a message came up saying that the card was not working, so it may be corrupted.

Package includes the box, inserts, MessagePad and stylus, case, DC adaptor with a UK type 3-pin plug, fax modem (not tested), "Getting Started" PCMCIA card (faulty), spare stylus (new), Handbook (some wear), set up guide, stickers, guarantee information and software licence.

A rare chance to own the first Apple Newton MessagePad in excellent condition. It is guaranteed to work for 30 days from delivery. See
The Smallprint for details.
